Ms. Sherry Duda has built a reputation as an accomplished strategist and innovator in the field of Organization Development, Talent and Change Management consulting.  Her success stems from her pragmatic approach and extensive operational experience.  She has over two decades of global business experience supporting organizations to dramatically improve their workforce performance, productivity and capability.  Sherry has consulted with some of the world’s largest FORTUNE 500 companies, including The Hershey Company, BP, Innovene, United Airlines, Amoco, Eaton Corporation, and Ashland.Sherry takes a decidedly business-centric approach to solving talent issues, improving business results and building pipelines of next generation leaders.  She has hands-on, operational experience working with Board of Director’s, C-suite executives, and leadership teams on the alignment of business strategy with contemporary talent management approaches. Working collaboratively, Sherry has successfully designed and implemented integrated processes to optimize mission critical talent pools to enable business growth.

Sherry identifies the key human capital drivers impacting performance, and from there develops strategies and tactics that build high performing cultures.  She has led organizations through successful, global business and HR transformations, such as the BP Amoco merger resulting in a combined market capitalization of over $110 billion; the $20 billion spin-off of BP Innovene; as well as cultural and HR transformations and “start-ups” within multiple, global organizations.

Most recently, Sherry served as the VP, Global Talent & Organization Capability for The Hershey Company.  She led the restructuring of the Talent Management and Organization Capability function, where she designed and guided the company’s talent strategy, which is enabling the company’s global growth and competitive advantage.

Sherry is an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Organization Development Network. In addition, she is an executive coach trained through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  Sherry is an active member of the Union League Club of Chicago, the Executive’s Club of Chicago, the Association for Strategic Planning, Human Resources Planning Society, the International Human Resources Professional Society, and the Institute of Management Consultants.  Sherry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.

Sherry resides in Chicago with her husband, Dan, and their daughter, Alex Reidy.
